(RADIATOR) combine Framed-IP-Address and Framed-IP-Netmask in one LDAP attribute?

Hello Ewald -

Radiator does not support this syntax directly, however it would be 
very simple to write a PostAuthHook to do it.

There are some example hooks in the file "goodies/hooks.txt" in the 
Radiator 3.4 distribution.
