(RADIATOR) combine Framed-IP-Address and Framed-IP-Netmask in one LDAP attribute?

I was just wondering if it is possible to combine those two
in one LDAP attribute, e.g.

address: 1.2.3.4/29

would result in 
Framed-IP-Address=1.2.3.4
Framed-IP-Netmask=255.255.255.248
