You would do something like this:
# define AuthBy clauses
<AuthBy SQL>
Identifier CheckSQL
.....
</AuthBy>
<AuthBy NT>
Identifier CheckNT
.....
</AuthBy>
# define Realms or Handlers
<Handler ....>
AuthByPolicy ContinueWhileAccept
AuthBy CheckSQL
AuthBy CheckNT
......
</Handler>
