(RADIATOR) Emerald 4

IEA Software (www.iea-software.com) have released a new version of
Emerald.

Emerald 4 includes significant changes to the database, and the existing
AuthBy EMERALD will not work with version 4.

We have released a new AuthBy EMERALD 4 module (AuthEMERALD4.pm), which can 
be found in the Radiator 3.0 patches area. There is also an example config 
file in emerald4.cfg in the patches area.
