Hello Anura -
This is undoubtedly because you are not sending a correct Service-Type in the
access accept, which Cisco's require. You will need to add at least the
following to the reply:
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
......
If you need further help, please send me a copy of your configuration file
(no secrets) together with a trace 4 debug from Radiator showing what is
going on.
