(RADIATOR) need help in configuring ipass proxy

Hello Mike -

You will need to specify an AuthBy RADIUS clause in Radiator pointing 
at the iPASS server for outbound requests, and configure the shared 
secret in the AuthBy RADIUS clause using the "Secret ..." parameter.
