You should have a look at a trace 4 debug from Radiator to see what is 
happening. I would suspect incorrect shared secrets or possibly incorrect 
firewall rules/filters.

If you still have a problem, please send me a copy of the configuration file 
(no secrets) together with the trace 4 debug.
