(RADIATOR) how to deal with time format?

My radius client will send me the attributes in accounting requests with
CISCO format like:
   h323-connect-time=15:41:44.025 UTC Mon Oct 9 2000
What could I do in Radiator to transform this format to normal Database
format in Oracle/MS SQL, which looks like 2000/10/09 15:41:44 when I
try to insert a new record into acct table?
I use acctstatement Insert command to record accounting info.

Thanks!
