(RADIATOR) Radpwtst -gui Freezes

[NextGen Support]

Hi,

I tried to run the utility radpwtst with the -gui feature, however every
time I start it, it starts normally but when I try to run a test
authentication, it freezes completely, and I would have to kill it with
the End Task.

My environment is Win2k Pro with ActivePerl 5.6.1.628 with the TK module
installed on my workstation, while the server has Radiator 2.18.2
running on an NT Box.
Any ideas??
