You can just specify an empty string in the LogQuery, like this:
# define AuthBy RADMIN
<AuthBy RADMIN>
Identifier CheckRADMIN
DBSource ....
DBUsername ....
DBAuth ....
LogQuery
</AuthBy>
Have a look at section 6.29.1 in the Radiator reference manual.
