(RADIATOR) Lockup on NT

Hello Mark -

Have you upgraded to the latest version of ActivePerl?

	www.activestate.com

Looks like perl 5.6.1 is the latest.

To say any more we would have to see a copy of the configuration file (no 
secrets), together with a trace 4 debug showing what happens when Radiator 
stops.
