[RADIATOR-ANNOUNCE] Introducing Radiator 8x5 Telephone Support

Hello all Radiator customers and users,

We are happy to announce that Radiator 8x5 Telephone Support is now 
available for purchase.

The Support Service is provided during the service hours i.e. Finnish 
business days Monday - Friday 07.00 - 15.00 UTC, except for Finnish 
official holidays.

The annual fixed price of the 8x5 Telephone Support Service is USD 4500 
/ EUR 4230 / AUD 6390. This price includes:
- Maximum 5 incidents, handled in calls, per year, with the option to 
purchase additional incidents
- Maximum 5 hours of OSC's working time for the email support service 
per month

It is also possible to upgrade from current email support contracts.
