    Hello all Radiator customers and users,

    We are happy to announce that Radiator 8x5 Telephone Support is now
    available for purchase.
    <br>
    <br>
    The Support Service is provided during the service hours i.e.
    Finnish business days Monday - Friday 07.00 - 15.00 UTC, except for
    Finnish official holidays.
    <br>
    <br>
    The annual fixed price of the 8x5 Telephone Support Service is USD
    4500 / EUR 4230 / AUD 6390. This price includes:
    <br>
    - Maximum 5 incidents, handled in calls, per year, with the option
    to purchase additional incidents
    <br>
    - Maximum 5 hours of OSC's working time for the email support
    service per month
    <br>
    <br>
    It is also possible to upgrade from current email support contracts.
