FW: (RADAR) Multiple monitor clauses

I just did some more testing.

The problem appears to be with the first monitor instance binding to port
9048. Even if I specify this explictly within the first clause it does not
seem to be listening.
ie. If I use the following config I see the same symptoms

<Monitor>
	# Helpdesk and Tier 2
	Username lanpc
	Password xxxxxx
	TraceOnly
	Port 9048
</Monitor>

<Monitor>
	# Network and Security
	Username admin
	Password yyyyyy
	Port 9049
</Monitor>


If I point radar at port 9049 on the radiator server it does work fine.
