(RADAR) Mail notifications

A few remarks regarding mail notifications with Radar :

 - the From address can't be specified, this is a wish ;
 - it seems that radar uses the login nameas the from address,
   in some configurations like mine the SMTP server will not
   accept unqualified addresses ;
 - when for some reason there is an SMTP error, Radar opens a popup
   for each error, that makes a lot of popups after a coffee or the
   lunch break -> could those be serialized (or use a popup with
   "n alarms since 34 minutes".
