(CATOOL) CATool Version 1.3.1 released

We are pleased to announce the release of CATool version 1.3.1

This version fixes some minor compatibility bugs and adds tools for
importing certificates from other CAs.

As usual, the new version is available free of charge to current 
licensees and evaluators from 
http://www.open.com.au/catool/downloads/

Revision 1.3.1 (2004-04-20) Minor bug fixes, tools for importing
certificates

Enhanced version compatibility. Now runs on more systems.

Improved installation environment checks. Performs additional tests of
the host environment to better ensure CATool will operate properly
when installed.

Improved ability to imporrt an existing Certificate Authority cert at
installation. Adds "import_cert" utility to import certificates and
keys generated elsewhere into the CATool management system.

Added a README.update file to document the update procedure for an
existing installation.
