we have four instances running but they all use the same radius.cfg file. We managed differences with ports before with simple /etc/sysconfig/radiator-XXXX files. There doesn't seem to be a simple way to support this with systemd, I'm thinking of just ditching

 Ubuntu startup process entirely. This is on Ubuntu 22.</div>
