Hello Jan -
Try this instead:
DefineFormattedGlobalVar LogFormatDefinition [%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S.%s] [%O]
[%3] [%1] %2
Then in your LogFile:
<Log FILE>
.....
LogFormat %{LogFormatDefinition}
.....
</Log>
