[RADIATOR] CLI and Eduroam Test

Hi Roberto,

eapol_test from wpa_supplicant will work nicely, you may found how to do 
that in https://github.com/GEANT/eduroam-training-FreeRADIUS-configuration

select IdP branch in page is how to install eapol_test, and in 
help_eapol_test directory is haow to test.
