[RADIATOR] Error messages after upgrade

[Ullfig, Roberto Alfredo]

We've been seeing these for a while but it's not causing any issues. How can we get rid of the error?

ERR: Could not open user database file /opt/radiator/dot1x_anon in Radius::AuthFILE: No such file or directory
