[RADIATOR] Suggestion: update RPM-package with patches more often...

Hello,

we are users of the RPM-package and we feel a little bit "left behind". Since June 2017 when 4.19 became available a lot of new patches (especially for RADSEC) have been created, but the RPM hasn't been updated. So I suggest to create an (additional) RPM package regularly (maybe every 2 month) with the current patches included. At least for us the handling of RPM packages is easier than the manual installation process...
