[RADIATOR] Dynamic client identifier

I'm failing with:

# nagios tests
<Client netnagios-255>
     Identifier		Phred
     Secret		nagiosfoobar
     ClientHook		sub {	\
     			     ${$_[0]}->set_identifier('Nagios-'. \
			         ${$_[0]}->get_attr('Called-Station-Id')); \
			}
</Client>
