We are getting the following warnings when we try to set up our Telrad LTE CPE's to authenticated with our server.  I found that vendor 24757 is WiMAX Forum but can't seem to find out how to get the missing attributes.

WARNING: Attribute number 143 (vendor 24757) from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1812 is not defined in your dictionary
WARNING: Attribute number 144 (vendor 24757) from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1812 is not defined in your dictionary
WARNING: Attribute number 156 (vendor 24757) from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1812 is not defined in your dictionary
WARNING: Attribute number 146 (vendor 24757) from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1812 is not defined in your dictionary
