[RADIATOR] custom dictionary values

In the standard dictionary file there is:

ATTRIBUTE	NAS-Port-Type			61	integer
VALUE		NAS-Port-Type		Async			0
VALUE		NAS-Port-Type		Sync			1
VALUE		NAS-Port-Type		ISDN			2
…



If I wanted to add custom VALUE types to this without editing the actual stock dictionary file, can I just include another dictionary file in the path with ONLY the VALUES, ie:


VALUE		NAS-Port-Type		Custom1			9001
VALUE		NAS-Port-Type		Custom2			9002
VALUE		NAS-Port-Type		Custom3			9003
…
