[RADIATOR] Radius SLA profile and Cisco ASR

Hello All, 

Are the following the correct VSA's to use with Cisco ASR (1000) to define broadband user speed? 

cisco-Policy-Up = "4Mbps" 
cisco-Policy-Down = "16Mbps"
