[RADIATOR] EAP-TLS: Integration with Certificate Management Platforms, Self On-Boarding

Greetings,

We are looking to deploy Radiator in our network using EAP-TLS for certificate-based WiFi authentication using Radiator as our AAA. We are looking for an easier way to manage certificate issuance and enrollment/onboarding with wireless devices.

We are would like something that is open-source, and thereby extendable as our needs change. We have briefly looked at EJBCA for this, but am not sure that this would meet our needs entirely.
Even a decent web wrapper for OpenSSL would work. What we would like to avoid a litany of CLI-based configuration scripts, especially as the end-goal is for devices to be enrolled by the end-user.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
