I think you were already in contact with us through other channels, but
I'd like to confirm that this is possible with integration work that
ties together Radiator, database for the users and the captive portal.
Both the captive portal backend and Radiator use the same database,
often an SQL database. How the database update and user provisioning is
done depends on your requirements and what you already have. On Radiator
side the usage data comes over RADIUS Accounting and connection
termination might be done with RFC 5176 Dynamic Authorization Extensions.
