[RADIATOR] F5 BigIP vendor specific attributes

Hello Alexander,


Thanks added to the latest patch set.
Question though:
It appears like the values for F5-LTM-User-Role are a bit like HEX bitmasks, 
but they are presented here as decimal. Any idea which is correct?
