I do not think this is possible directly. Indirect methods could use
logging via syslog and letting system syslog daemon to handle creating
files with desired group and owner.

Also, if the file name starts with pipe '|', this can be used to specify
a program to send the message to. This program could then take care of
creating files with correct owners and groups. See ref.pdf for LogFile
option.
