Ok, that's fine. The DB connectivity is working.

This is just for Accounting-Requests. The problem you are seeing happens
during authentication.

The configuration is working as expected. I am quite sure you have
configured User-Name checkitem with empty value for user test1.

Go to Radmin and check the Check Items for the user and Service Profile
possibly assigned for the user. The answer is in Radmin configuration
for the user or user's service profile.
