[RADIATOR] EAPBALANCE vs HASHBALANCE and the RADIUS State Attribute

Looking at Load Balancing our RADIUS servers.

Am I correct that, according to the Manual, that one should use Authby HASHBALANCE  instead of Authby EAPBALANCE if my RADIUS clients don’t support the State Attribute ?
