[RADIATOR] Could not connect to SQL database

The incoming request is coming from a 10. network, and your mysql server is on an 192 network.  is your network configuration setup properly for this to work? ie. your system/router knows how to get to the 192 network?  Do you use a firewall/iptables?

try ronald.higgins suggestion first. can you connect manually to the sql server:
mysql DB -u username -p[password] -h dbhostname
