[RADIATOR] Radiator 4.8 on FreeBSD 8.2 crashes with: "ERR: Attribute number 93 is not defined in your dictionary"

Attached is a sanitised copy of the radius configuration file as well as
a more complete Trace 4 debug log dump leading up to the crash.
