[RADIATOR] Client Identifier and variable substitution

I am wanting to create a handler like:

<Handler Client-Identifier=/.*-fw/>
    AcctLogFileName     %L/fw.detail
    <AuthBy FILE>
        Filename        %D/users-%{Client-Identifier}
    </AuthBy>
</Handler>

But there doesn't seem to be any way to do variable substitution using the
client identifier. Please prove me wrong.
