your question.

My non-authoritative answer comes from the Order web page:

"All Licenses are perpetual and include the first year access to new
releases and patches." So the license itself is not limited.

Support for one year is included with the initial licensing. After that
it can be renewed for additional years. It is also possible to order
support and access to new releases and patches for additional years with
the initial licensing.
