Yes, Colubris attribute number 0 is defined, but attributes 251 - 254
are not defined since their names and types are not known.

Would you have documentation for those attributes so they could be added
to the dictionary?

About the "No such attribute" message, the attribute name is case
sensitive. Change your configuration to this:

AddToReply Colubris-AVPAIR="access-list=main..."

The attribute should then be sent to the Colubris AP.
