[RADIATOR] String with blanks in VA pair

Hi,
I have a accounting handler as below.
<Handler Request-Type=Accounting-Request,Aruba-Essid-Name = 
OBA-easynet|OBA-smartnet|"OBA Hotspot Service">

As you see one of the value strings "OBA Hotspot Service" contains blanks.
This string is not recognized, the others work well.
What is wrong with the specification of the string "OBA Hotspot Service" ?
