Hi,
This is what happens if try to update with the new package:
# rpm -Uvh /root/Radiator-4.7-3.noarch.rpm

Thanks for reporting this.
The RPM has always had version specific dirs in it with links from non-version
specific dirs to the version specific dirs. However we have addressed some
issues with some of the links (specifically with the symlink
in /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl) which apparently caused the problems you
report.
New RPMS have been uploaded.
