[RADIATOR] IPv6 TACACS+

Hi,
   I am trying to use Radiator as TACACS+ server over IPv6.
   I don't need a fully blown server. I gather Radiator TACACS+ can do
authentication only(no authorization or accounting?)
   Any tips or user guides please?
