[RADIATOR] init script update

Hi!

First thanks for finally making the init script lsb compliant!

After upgrading one of your Radiator installations I saw that the pid
files are generated in the /var/log/radius instead of /var/run.
The current init file makes running multiple instances of radiator
(authentication, accounting, tacacs+ for example) also hard because path
have to be changed in a lot of places.

Are I'm missing something and is there an easier way to run multiple
instances on one box?
