[RADIATOR] Patch to SessSQL to allow a diffrent query on Alive packets

Hi!
I have the need to run a diffrent query on Alive packets, so i patched
SessSQL.pm to allow it.
If you find usefull, please apply to mainstream.

SessSQL now has a new config parameter called UpdateQuery that specifies the
query to be executed when an Alive/Interim-update arrives.
If i don't define UpdateQuery, the will fallback to the old behaviour.
