[RADIATOR] FRAMED IP Address is not assigned

I have radiator in my company and is used for ADSL customers, we assign static IP addresses to some of our clients

Our network team made some changes in the ADSL router and we the clients are not assigned static IPs anymore

Can anyone help me as to  where I can check from the radius , or how to troubleshoot this problem
