Hello Alexander -
There is an example in "goodies/radiator-ldap.schema" and "goodies/radiator-ldap.ldif".
You will undoubtedly need to extend it to suit your needs.
You can either use multiple fields, or just use a single field with multiple definitions within.
See also section 5.36 in the Radiator 4.5.1 reference manual ("doc/ref.pdf").
