[RADIATOR] Installation on OpenWRT

Hi,

Radiator is written in Perl, so check line 14 of Makefile.PL and figure
out what's going wrong.
Maybe some of your Perl modules are too old.
32MB of memory are really not much!
Radiator takes 28MB on our prod server which isn't really a lot for a
Perl app.
