thats just one half of the equation - so the discover packets are getting
to the DHCP server - so, what does the DHCP server daemon log? you may need to
increase logging level or turn on some option to get better logs.

you seem to be sending a subnet address as the pool hint though - that was my earlier
hint in the previous email.
