[RADIATOR] Win32-LSA.ppd

I'm trying to setup Radiator to do lsa-eap-peap authentication on Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit)

I'm trying to install Win32-LSA.ppd on my server but when I execute:
ppm install http://www.open.com.au/radiator/free-downloads/Win32-Lsa.ppd

I get the error:
ppm install failed: The PPD does not provide code to install for this platform

I do have a support contract (uiowa.edu)
