[RADIATOR] Linux init script update

Hi!

I suggest updating goodies/linux-radiator-init to follow the LSB specs:
http://wiki.debian.org/LSBInitScripts

Also for me a make install under Debian 5 installed radiator
to /usr/local/bin vs. /usr/bin in linux-radiator-init which resulted in
no output from the not-working init script.
