[RADIATOR] Initiate TTLS via radiator

Hello Erwin -

If the original RADIUS requests are EAP you can just proxy the entire  
EAP sequence to the remote target.

Otherwise AuthBy RADSEC, or an external encrypted tunnel are your  
options.

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
