Hello Roy -
You should be able to use the same Radiator configuration on both
machines, but you will want to set up database replication to keep
them in sync.
The MySQL database replication is outside of Radiator.
You would then configure your NAS equipment to point to one of the
machines as RADIUS primary and the other as RADIUS secondary.

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive (www.open.com.au/archives/radiator)?
Have you had a quick look on Google (www.google.com)?
Have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
