[RADIATOR] Updating from 4.3 to 4.4 rpm

Hi

The difference from the -U to the -F is that the -F only updates if the 
package is installed and a lower version.
The -U updates if lower, but installs if the package is not installed 
all ready

So the -U would work in this case - but the -F should also work - since 
this is a normal rpm function
My guess is that there could be a typo/bug in the spec file that made 
the .rpm file
